    Caitlin Callan is a Support Worker in our Antrim team. Caitlin is studying for a Nursing degree from Queens University. Caitlin has been with One 2 One since 2019 & continues to work with us when not on placement.

    Louise Rooney is a Support Worker from the Crumlin area.

    “I have been working at one2one for 6 months. I started with very minimal experience. The training I received was of a very high standard this helped develop my knowledge to allow me to put into practice and learn on the job. The team are lovely, and my manager is very accommodating especially as I am studying at university and a mum of two young toddlers. I really enjoy my job and they say that if you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life. I must agree! It has helped develop my skills and confidence to apply myself to my midwifery degree”

When I first came to One2One, I applied to be a Support Worker and within a few months I’d moved up to the role Team Leader for the company and I absolutely love it. I have a great team of Support Workers, who all work well together, so much so that we call ourselves, the Dream Team! My Area Manager is very supportive of me in my job role and we have a great relationship. There are days when I doubt myself and my capabilities, but she is always there to help and push me on.     “Having only been with One2One since September, I started when my Daddy took ill and my Area Manager Shari bent over backwards to help me get time off to spend with him.

    Little did I know that my time with Daddy would have been so short. Shari rearranged my workload, sent me personal messages to check up on me and see how I was coping. Shari unfortunately went through the same heartbreak months earlier. I found this very touching that she found the time to keep me in her thoughts, as she has a busy workload.
